Before diving, you should be ready and practice to gain real experience. Do not worry about practice because dive centers and dive schools provide equipment, training before your diving journey and you can dive with your guide so you have to only follow their guidelines and signals. Guidance for perfect Diving
Remember, diving is not complicated or scary. It is a very joyful activity, but you should hold guidance and signals in your mind. We are trying to prepare you before your first dive because Prior knowledge and training will make your journey easier and more comfortable.
01 Use a diving head cover or Hair band for long hair
Long hair will leak your mask because the mask opens with your hair, then air and water will go into the mask, so you have to hold hair by using a hairband or diving headcover.
02 Cut or reduce the upper beard
When diving, one crucial thing is to keep your mask, but the mask opens with your sizable upper beard and will leak your mask, then air and water will leak into the mask, so you have to cut or reduce your beard.
03 Remember to breathe from your mouth without a nose Under the sea
You have to breathe only from your mouth with an air regulator because you should remember that.
04 Practise Air control
When you dive to the bottom of the ocean, you have to maintain your air pressure balance. Otherwise, your ears and brain will be severely stressed and in pain. At that point, your mouth and the nose should be tightly closed and the pressure released from both ears. Then your internal temperature equals with external temperature and reduces your pain.
05 PADI open water license
PADI open water license is not compulsory for your dive, but achieving this is the best qualification for your life. PADI open water licenses can get from diving schools and diving centers. It would help if you had to pay and attend 3,4 days of training for this license. After getting this license, you are qualified to dive 18 Meters and have a lifetime license. You will support this license to save your life and make you confident in your diving experience.
